of executives say they are ready to deploy telework in their company to improve business performance.
Worklib, the on-demand workspace platform, announces the acquisition of OfficeRiders, a marketplace for atypical workspaces. This strategic acquisition marks Worklib's third external growth operation, following the successful takeovers of Neo-nomade and Deskalot in 2023.
This merger is in line with the company's development strategy: to create a world leader in on-demand workspaces. Worklib's aim is to enable employees to enjoy unique work experiences, according to their needs; in shared open spaces, private offices, meeting rooms or atypical locations. The platform now brings together over 500 companies - major accounts, SMEs and startups - 50,000 spaces in 130 countries and 4,000 cities.

Over the past few years, face-to-face working has been called into question, and is now regainingits credentials. In need of team cohesion, employees are now looking for flexibility, collaborative spaces and experiences. According to a study conducted by Owl Labs in 2024, 62% of employees prefer face-to-face collaboration, compared with just 17% who prefer working from home. A trend that Worklib is directly observing: the share of reservations for collaborative spaces rose by 44% in 2024.
"The challenge is no longer simply to make space available, but to create truly productive, collaborative and inspiring experiences. In addition to, or in place of, the traditional office, there is an emerging need for on-demand workspaces, to strengthen the collective and attract talent. The future of work is an on-demand experience that fosters interaction and performance at the lowest possible cost", says Charles Vestur, CEO of Worklib.
Since 2021, Worklib has positioned itself as a partner of choice to enable companies to build on-demand, bespoke work environments, from individual workstations to team days, redefining the boundaries of the traditional office. This latest strategic acquisition of OfficeRiders will enable Worklib to respond ever more effectively to the challenges of the future of work.

Thanks to the acquisition of OfficeRiders, Worklib will be able to enrich its offering and propose atypical spaces specially designed for high-impact team moments. Since 2015, OfficeRiders has democratized the use of living spaces to organize meetings and workdays. With a community of committed hosts, the company's portfolio includes over 4,000 apartments, lofts, artists' studios, architects' houses, cafés, galleries... Within its offering, OfficeRiders also includes a full range of immersive services such as original catering, culinary animations and team activities.
By combining the fluidity of OfficeRiders' marketplace with the power of Worklib's data, the two entities create a frictionless booking experience, twice as fast and tailored to the needs of companies, for both spaces and services.
Transparent pricing, real-time conversational chatbot, advanced search algorithms and B2B budget management: this synergy makes booking spaces and services more fluid, instantaneous and intelligent.
Here are a few tips for adapting your management style to the new ways of working.
"OfficeRiders' unique locations extend the Worklib offer to provide experiences that stimulate collaboration. The market is evolving, and places are now a vector of emotions and a strategic asset for exchanging ideas, thinking together, creating links, training, meeting customers and building corporate culture. Together, we are creating an unprecedented offering, and combining our technological bricks to build a scalable, frictionless global solution that redefines market standards", explains Florian Delifer, Founder of OfficeRiders.
The new Worklib entity now has a solid base from which to accelerate its growth: 50,000 workspaces in 130 countries with a dense European network, cutting-edge technology and unique expertise in workspace management.
"This merger marks a turning point in our development. Worklib is becoming an indispensable solution in the real estate strategy of companies, from self-entrepreneurs to major accounts, by responding as effectively as possible to the diversity of uses in the workplace. It can be deployed anywhere in the world in 24 hours, so companies that want to move fast no longer have to worry about office space. We will take advantage of this merger to continue optimizing the online and offline reservation experience for users and the flexibility management experience for companies, while expanding our customer base in Europe and our user base worldwide", says Charles Vestur, CEO of Worklib.
Worklib handles tens of thousands of bookings a year, and is aiming for sales in excess of €10 million by 2025, a stronger presence in 6 strategic European countries, a tripling of its customer base and the launch of new features to optimize the user experience.
