In today's context, it's crucial to reduce our environmental impact, including in the office. Companies must therefore implement specific policies to help preserve our planet in their own way.

Hybrid working is a valuable ally in this respect. By offering employees a greater diversity of workplaces, the company encourages them to reduce unnecessary travel. Either by offering them the possibility of working from home, or by providing them with spaces offering the same working conditions as in the office, as close as possible to where they are. Limiting the distance between home and work allows employees to reduce their carbon footprint by cycling, taking public transport - or simply by using less fuel!

In addition, with telecommuting and hybrid working on the rise, the occupancy rate of corporate offices is falling. A major trend is to downsize office space in order to reduce the number of unoccupied spaces that consume energy unnecessarily. It is thus possible to reduce a company's overall energy consumption (lighting, heating, air conditioning) by adapting its office space as closely as possible.

Energy optimization is therefore one of the benefits of hybrid working!
