- A tax deduction of 50% is applied to the expenses generated by the rental of work spaces (private or shared);
- companies with less than 250 employees benefit from an additional depreciation for the purchase of new premises.
In addition to its convenience for employees, the office ticket is also advantageous for companies that reduce their real estate costs and taxes.
