Worklib acquires Neo-nomade and raises €10M to become the leader in flexible workspaces

French startup specializing in hybrid work organization, Worklib announces the acquisition of Neo-nomade, France's leading coworking space reservation service. This strategic acquisition is accompanied by a €10 million capital injection.

With this double operation, Worklib confirms its ambition to become the leading platform for flexible workspaces in Europe 🎯

Hybrid work, a major challenge for the future of work

Accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic, the last few years have been marked by the emergence of new work organizations. Employees and companies alike are now calling for more flexibility and 84% of managers want to deploy hybrid work within their company. This transformation brings with it many challenges around the management and reorganization of workspaces, the maintenance of corporate culture and theemployee experience.

"We're moving from an office-centric world of work to a team-centric, usage-oriented organization. What matters now is working 'in the right place', at the right time, according to one's activity." Alexandre Cadain, co-founder and Chairman of Worklib.

Two complementary players: an offensive acquisition to free up work

👉 Worklib has designed a unique solution dedicated to hybrid work management. As a result, Worklib enables every company to design and operate hybrid workspaces around their employees' uses, while optimizing their costs and improving their environmental impact.

Worklib is also a considerable asset, enabling employees toaccess the right spaces to work in the right places, whether in the office or elsewhere.

👉 As a pioneer, Neo-nomade accompanies the emergence of coworking and hybrid work since 2010 in France. The company offers digital solutions aimed at improving the daily life of teams via its space management and booking platform.

Neo-nomade counts today more than 1500 coworking places all over France, gathers more than 16 000 regular users and shows a record growth of its turnover since 2019.

The emergence of a European leader in labor flexibility

By joining forces, Worklib and Neo-nomade are joining forces to bring their shared vision to life : enabling employees to enjoy new work experiences by opening up the boundaries of the office to multiple locations → work where i works.

Thanks to this merger, we will be able to take our initial ambitions even further, by offering the market a broader range of hybrid solutions, both inside and outside the company, in France and abroad. Baptiste Broughton, CEO and co-founder of Neo-Nomade.

The new Worklib entity now benefits from a strong network throughout France, with 40% of spaces in the heart of major French cities, complemented by a dense network in suburban and rural areas. This makes Worklib the No. 1 company for booking coworking spaces in France.

Thanks to the acquisition of Neo-nomade and its €10M fundraising, Worklib aims to become the European leader in hybrid work management in Europe, with an international launch planned for 2024. 👏
