Hybrid work consists in reorganizing the workspace to adapt it to the employees' uses, whether they are on the company's premises or remotely. It is a "phygital" work experience that combines face-to-face and remote work.

Opting for a written culture means avoiding the retention of information by keeping a record of exchanges between managers and teams. To facilitate communication, it is also necessary to increase the number of physical team meetings so that they can share information:

All this without forgetting the right to disconnect to avoid overwork and social isolation.

Reorganize work spaces according to the needs of employees

The work surface is being reinvented to meet everyone's needs: spaces for concentration, creative spaces... The number of individual offices is decreasing to make room for new collaborative spaces. If it favors exchanges, it also allows the company to optimize the costs related to unoccupied surfaces. The latter can be sublet to external people in the form of mini coworking, for example.

However, they should not be limited to the company's premises. It is important to offer external workplaces, such as a coworking space for example.

Offer collaborative and secure work tools

Implementing collaborative tools simplifies remote work. Teams must be trained on good cybersecurity practices to ensure access and security of data that is transmitted remotely.

Test and analyze

Hybrid work models can be tested on a pilot team, led by an ambassador, who then provides feedback. Based on the results, you will be able to perform a performance analysis and to scale.
