Coworking : what is it about ?

To meet the needs of all coworkers, coworking spaces are based on the principle ofactivity based working. They offer environments adapted to different professional situations.

The advantages of coworking for companies and employees
Cost reduction
The coworking spaces offer a complete equipment and service to professionals (checkroom, internet connection, pastries, etc.).
The management of the subscription is more flexible : as the commitment periods are flexible, it is easier to cancel the contract than a classic 3 6 9 lease.
If the company wishes to keep its offices with a long term lease, it is also possible to reduce the working area and offer coworking spaces in a flexible way.
Creation of a community
Sharing is at the heart of coworking spaces: employees meet other workers outside the company and can develop their professional network. This is a great way to boost motivation and avoid the feeling of isolation that teleworkers may feel.
Favoring mixed spaces (association, senior club...) is an opportunity to meet very different people, from different sectors of activity.
Better work/life balance
For employees, finding a workspace close to personal locations (home, children's school, gym, train station...) reduces sources of stress. Moreover, they can manage their work schedules more easily by reducing their daily commuting time.
For all these reasons, coworking spaces are very popular with employees and are becoming increasingly popular.
